before the world cup is a bit like that of a child on Christmas Eve, so everyone is deluding themselves that England are now gonna win the world cup in the same way that some fat bloke in a red suit really does go round the world one night, down chimneys delivering xmas presents and I'm not talking about Lampard in an England away shirt here.
