I lived on Dover St when I first came back

Renting was all that was available in lockdown and actually I got a hefty discount cos noone was looking to rent back then. Same house would cost £1500/month to rent now and it was a poorly maintained mid-terrace with a kitchen the size of a postage stamp. They bung five students in there so £300 each I guess (no lounge it's "bedroom 5").
