Just looking at your splits, really controlled run.

You should be delighted at how well executed that was. Frustrating not to get the GFA, if you keep up that consistency and volume in your training sub 3 would be a realistic target. Hopefully you are lucky with a London ballot place.

Can I ask what your approach to in-race nutrition was?
