I thought that's often how loans work.

Marcquinhos, Edwards, Roberts, Passlack, Ramsey. It's not like we haven't done this before, the worst of course being Fahrmann.

And other times we've been luckier - Reed was OK, Skipp was of course fantastic and crucial to a promotion, but I can't think of many recent ones other than him who left us clamouring for a permanent signature at the end of it.

Note that it isn't necessarily a judgment of SVH. Don't forget Aboh is on the bench and also not being used.

If the Idah and SVH loans hadn't happened, and Idah was coming on to replace Sarge on 60 mins and we lost, it would all be Idah's fault of course (no point arguing this because that is PRECISELY how it went when Idah was still with us and Sarge was fit).
