While this isnt a very sophisticated scam.......

there are others that are a bit more believable.
My mother received a text recently claiming to be from me telling her I had changed my number.
Even though she is in her mid 80s she didn't fall for it in a minute and contacted me right away.

These scammers are just f**king scum and vermin, praying on the elderly.
A lot of the countries they operate from are totally complicit in these scams.
