Currently on about day 49.... Almost halfway through - Great!

Tbf it is nothing more than an irritant, but a persistent irritant. Doesn't affect me overnight luckily. All symptoms as described and I know plenty of other people in exactly the same situation. You think it's gone and then the b****y thing comes back 2 days later.
