He's done an incredible job with a decent but not outstanding squad

I work with Ipswich fans - they simply cannot believe what's happened this season and they still don't think their squad is that much better than ours.

The manager is at the top of his game and he's getting absolutely everything from this squad.

Hope he f**ks off soon!!
