I would add a few others

Positive :-
Clearly very well respected by players and staff
Acted with integrity during a challenging time
Doesn’t rush players back outs player welfare first
Negatives :-
Lack of tactical flexibility . fixated with one or two variations unable to deviate or react to opposition changes.
Poor in game changes and in game management
Not used Or given SVH much opportunity
Favours older players rather than developing younger lads .
Rather than be the protagonist we are frequently too respectful of opposition especially away from home .
