Still don't understand why Roeder is on every s**t list....

When you dig deep into the facts that he had no money and dragged us from the bottom of the division with a rag tag bunch of loan players nobody wanted, suggests he had some managerial acumen.
IMHO if you look at the context that we had a horrifically bad squad and no money it was pretty impressive to get the results to get out of the mess in his first season.
He second season he deserved to get sacked, as do most managers, even the great ones at Norwich.

I think when looking at managers you have to look at the context of players/resources available at that time.
