Two things:

Firstly, the pissy emails I keep getting from them telling me I'm violating their Fair Usage Policy by downloading too much during peak hours, even though I signed up to an Unlimited service. Twats.

Secondly, my broadband went down this week. Took four phone calls lasting 80 minutes to an outsourced customer service department in India to establish the fact that it was a problem at their end and not mine, when the error I got was "Could not connect to remote computer" - so quite obviously them, not me. So no broadband until this morning. Rubbish!
