vmt, some people are so short sighted/simplistic/t hick re ground improvements

it does not mean increased capacity yet, that would be daft. just improve the facilities at carrow road for f**k sakes and attract recurring future income streams. it's very much a s**t 1980s matchday experience for the majority who go week in week out at the moment.

time to invest in the paying customers for the first time in ages and not piss millions up against the wall with inept comedy squad fillers.
