Isn't what really matters how the club actually conducts its business day to day?

I don't think there is any suggestion that NCFC has an issue, only that Webber has made some comments that have caused offence.

If there is a broader issue within NCFC based on the lived experience of people within the organisation, that should be investigated openly and transparently, and dealt with.

But I don't think that is the case. We're dealing with some words that Webber said, someone no longer employed by the club.

Webber should be held to account for his views, and NCFC should rightly distance themselves from them. Which is what this statement does, isn't it?
