His remarks are racist and he's probably scotched his chances of a new job (Stoke?) in the short-term. Highlights really that he's a bit of a prat, tho one can be a prat and still be effective in a job.

Glad that he's moved on, also grateful for most of the work that he did at Norwich.

Not at all keen on the professional linking of his personal opinions to his wife, from either direction.
