rough standard of our first team from where i sit

Gunn - lower prem
Stacey - mid champs
Gibson - lower champs
Hanley - lower champs
McCullum - mid champs
Mclean upper champs
Nunez upper champs
Rowe - lower prem
Sainz - lower prem? maybe needs to prove it over another 5 games
Sara - mid prem
Sarg - lower prem

From the start of the seaosn, big moves up for Rowe and Sainz for me, and a move up a notch from Sara and Sarge too. but this was a good squad at the start of the season, and is better now. The crap games dont change any of that, which will be reflected in the bids we get from prem clubs if we dont go up.
If we do go up, a DCM, 2 CBs and a FB are what we need to compete I reckon. But also I would steal a manager off Ipswich, and not just for the s**ts & giggles. the outperformance in goals versus Xgoals points to us being top dogs in the division with attacking players perhaps?
