I listened to a podcast about Dan Ashworth and haw he transformed the way England did

things behind the scenes and how influential a SD can be. I have absolutely no idea what he is doing at Colney etc but knowing he comes from an analytical background I wonder how much influence he is having on the team?

Lets face it we looked like 11 random player in November with absolutely no patterns of play and now we look like world beaters at times.
