i know a few people on here go to gym etc..
Id just like to know wht people's training schedules are
at the moe mine is arms and upper body one day
legs and a run the next
any other advice on training would be greatly appreciated, i'd love to have a body like mark phillippoussis(im not gay or anything!!)! and am currently about 14 stone and am 6ft tall
