Anyone use Green Flag breakdown cover? If so, what's it like?

Got AA at the mo, Aviva think they're charging me 50% more for car insurance this year, which they won't be, shopping around I can get insurance from Churchill for rougly what I paid Aviva last year and for £30 extra they'll chuck in Green Flag Roadside Assistance. AA costs me a fair bit more than £30 in a year and I'm tempted, but obviously not if they're s**t. Anyone had any experience of them?
