Not a horse racing fan so don’t follow form etc

My view on Cheltenham betting is simplistic, there is little point backing the favourites as the odds are tiny.
Ballyburn your first tip is 2/5 on for example.
Whenever I’ve made money on Cheltenham bets it’s been with long shots backed each way.
Yesterday an 80/1 shot came second, that’s 20/1 and a decent earner.
