Believe me you are not alone....

I have struggled with A&D all my life, its only in recent years that I've realised I am on the Autistic spectrum and the my A&D results from trying to cope with this. Its too late in life to affect any treatment but the knowledge really helps in finding ways to cope.

I hope you find your way to cope, just dont beat yourself up for not being 'normal'.
