Absolutely no shame in it

I have been on citalopram for over a decade. I came off it once and slowly went back into a depression. Some of us just have those chemical imbalances in our genetics, just like other walks of life have to take meds for all sorts of conditions.

No shame in taking medication for it. Get better soon.
