More that he doesn't look like a natural replacement

style wise. He's not very quick, won't be able to press like Sarge does, and isn't as strong.

He has other strengths I'm sure - he looks tidy on the ball, and can pass. But he's more someone to play with Sarge / a Sarge type than instead of him next season.
