Norfolk has just had the wettest Feb since records began, on top of huge amounts of rain through autumn and winter.

The climate is broken, as will become increasingly apparent to everyone in the next few years.

Britain also happens to be broken, but that is mostly due to perhaps the most incompetent government we have ever had. No doubt who you voted for.
