"Genuine mistake"

Clearly all the evidence points to this not being a genuine mistake.
That's why they sided with the airline.

As already stated the 165 quid fee is an idiot charge.
Follow the rules and it doesn't effect you.
I'm guessing Noway has been hit by this charge...
