Sounds like total bulls**t.

Wouldn't he say categorically that he did NOT go on the website.

If you can't f**king remember then maybe you should give the airline the benefit of the facts.

Hopefully he can remember health and safety regulations at a better clip.

IMHO this is another case where a shlub will dig in when they f**k up.
Blaming others for their mistakes.
