Very well said. I agree with everything you have said

apart from our current squad being much more limited. I don’t think there is a great deal of difference between the current squad and Farkes first promotion one. Could it even be argued that we were heavily reliant on Pukki scoring whereas now we have a wider base of goal scorers contributing. It’s hard to say with Sargent being out so long. The most obvious difference is the lack of dedicated DM now compared to Tetty and Skipp.
Our celebrated back line of Lewis, Max, Godfrey and plus 1 let in loads of goals but we all looked beyond it because we were scoring more, and they were young lads from the academy. But the evidence for a likely relegation due to a leaky back line was as obvious as our current back line are flaky and error prone!
