The reason behind it...

I was at the onboard Steak house last night and heard a spirited debate about meat temperatures...

Apparently feelings get pretty strong on this one.
Who knew?

At least I didn't say Filet Mignon, Butterfly,d and well done, which I had heard can make a Chef come out from the back with a large knife ..
