I’m a recent convert.

I wore a suit and tie all the way through all the lockdowns. Every day. To an empty office. I’ve recently taken to dropping the tie from time to time. Absolutely wear a tie for interviews (either side of the desk) and important meetings. Other than that, as long as you’re smart, not sure a tie matters.
