There are arguments both ways re OAP discounts

and the club could opt for a much more complex system of money deductions for those least well off etc.
BUT......politically , (and politics has been a huge issue re Fans v NCFC already this week) could you imagine the outcry if the headlines were all about " Norwich City Announces Abolition of Season Ticket discounts for the Elderly " ? It would make a small section of fans booing DW look like chicken feed .
