yes my out goings are lower ,no mortgage but I have all the other outgoings , no reduction on my gas and electric bills ,council tax , road tax for my car and when it comes to car insurance it starts to rise again i pay same amount in supermarkets

But my ability to earn my way out of any money troubles has disappeared
