The reason its so high is....

the fact the top 4 are so far ahead of the pack and the chasers are all very close.
This only leaves 2 realistic spots for the chasing pack.
in a normal season all 4 spots would still be up for grabs at this stage of the season but with the top 4 all averaging over 2PPG its would be almost impossible for any of the top 4 to miss the playoffs.
