Some of Delia's quotes at that AGM were hugely Webberesque. the Finance guy when he did that Q&A previously. I can only assume Zoe has a similar attitude since there appears to have just been a big echo chamber at the top of the club creating an almost siege mentality against the ungrateful fan base.

Wagner, to his credit, had not joined in previously which was one of the things that actually made him quite endearing.
