Empty Seats hurt ST renewals more than anything.

This is my whole point about the rah rah on ground expansion.
Having 5000 empty seats will hurt the casual ST holder
(The ST holder who doesn't go to all the games but wants tickets to the bigger games)
If they can now get tickets to every game they wont get a ST
