A few times on the wonderful WOTB I’ve wittered on

about my love for NCFC but how my love for football in England left many years back due to the greed of the EPL and the destruction of the game by absurd “investment”. It’s one reason that I take more interest in the German game where fans hold so much more power and the clubs are very aware of this (for example, when the European Super League was voiced, no German teams were listed). Well I just wondered if anyone else has heard of the campaign by German fans to try to prevent private investment into the Bundesliga? They’ve been fixing bike locks to goals before kick off, throwing tennis balls on to the pitch etc. Anyway, interesting to read about it and to see if they can be a big enough force to prevent it happening.
