In loving memory

There is a bunch of flowers tied to fencing surrounding a building site where I live. The card reads,.....

"In loving memory of the last piece of ancient hedgerow along Saxtead Road. Born in the 1400's & Died in February 2024.

People really care about our hedgerows and hate to see them destroyed, however scruffy and unloved. It's a kind of vandalism really.
