and the stats in the article show it is helpful and people like it (tho the sample sizes look sh!te regarding both the good and the bad... lol).
It does highlight the problems with how it's been implemented (taking too long for decisions, some weird stuff about what can be relayed to the on field officials).
As I've said for a while, there's been a weird overselling about how accurate it is - it's accurate enough to be useful, but not accurate enough to be pored over (which leads to the delays).
Used as a check for obvious mistakes it's fine, and should be a no brainer.
