If they all close but the place isn’t knocked down then it will be a real ghost town kind of place. At the minute it’s actually a thriving little
Community hub albeit in a brutalist eyesore. Is there any way SovHo could be refitted and used for something again I wonder if they’re not going to knock it down? There’s that little road out towards the Plasterrs which could use a little tlc as well nothing major or out of keeping with the rest of the area. There’s not many parts of the country with a diverse street of shops like Mag St either.
