With most teenagers and a lot of adults these days hardly ever drinking, it's difficult to envisage any sort of business model for a traditional boozer.
Food is often s**t despite it's elaborate presentation and staff aren't treated as professionals on a career path by the employers.
Raise a glass at home to an industry that is totally and utterly f**ked.
