yes - i agree he has actually improved as a manager, and that should be respected

but he is coming off a low base. some stuff he was trying was ridiculous. he didnt adapt at all when it wasnt working.
the "no DCM" strategy is not followed by any team in top divisions globally. it is absurd, particularly when you ahve our attacking threat versus defensive weaknesses

it feels a bit like the dean smith fluky run, but hope im wrong
