Looking at yesdee, and the development over the last few months.

Picked a team most of us had no grumbles about.
Set us up well to match the oppo.
Team responded well to going behind.
Made game changing subs.
Got a good result against a playoff rival who were on a very long unbeaten streak.
Lots of ticks in lots of boxes.

When we went weeks and week with a team structure that the opposition could drive a bus through - and they often did - and nothing changed at all from game to game, I feel the criticism he got (which as far as I could see was never personal) was well justified. But he has changed the team set up. And we are playing better. And we are harder to beat. And this has coincided with players returning, so maybe it’s just that. But personally I don’t think so - it’s pretty clear he’s changed the set up, and the balance is much better. PLUS we have our strongest team back available.

It is all objectively much much better, and you need to give credit when it’s due. Right?
