I think the financial rules in the PL will have a big effect on....

mid tier clubs like Norwich.
It will be harder to get those 10-30M fees for players.

A lot of people thought we didn't get top money for Andy O and Max.
Maybe this is the new market.
Clubs will have to downsize their wages (play more youngsters) or go out of business.
