Even if Merc are much improved, they’ll be way off red bull

It took red bull about 7 seasons to catch up with Merc last time, and required a change to the technical regs that deliberately favoured high take cars like the red bull.

In the absence of similar intervention, red bull will dominate until the next major change of regs.
