They should have massive foam hands strapped on like in Gladiators audiences

Would make it much clearer what decision is being given from high up in the stands, no need for red cards just point at the player throw back the head and point rhythmically at the tunnel, and if they do something which is overturned by VAR they should then have to do Bee Gees moves, probably Night Fever or something, as a penance.
