we've not done a great job of bringing on spinners

in the wake of Mo and Rashid.

Leach has fitness/sickness issues (not his fault).

Dom Bess has somewhat disappeared.

There's been some promising county spinners, but we need to be more proactive in giving them more experience overseas to bring them on quickly. Could see the current ones doing okay, but they're woefully inexperienced, which is a proper issue for spin bowlers.
