And my long run less than 30km.
Over the next couple of months I plan to add on some more structured workouts, e.g 20km with 5 warm up, 10 at marathon pace, 5 warm down and a longer long run (2+ hours).
If your shoes have already been well used, get yourself some new ones, your legs will thank you.
