it will be less than 26 as the letters Q, U, X, Y or Z aren't used

i presume that it will just go back to the beginning of the alphabet and the met office will come up with different names. or they could go f**k it, let the public decide and we'll have stormy mcstormface, blowy mcblowjod, harry the hurricane, tommy tornado etc.
