Without knowing exactly the beef crystal Palace fans have

I couldn't help but think of Charlton. I remember some of their fans complaining that finishing mid table in the prem wasn't good enough. No progression. Fact is for clubs like palace, Charlton (and ourselves) progress is finishing mid table in the Prem each season. The top positions are a cartel, and plenty of wealthy owners plowing millions into clubs make it so difficult to even sustain a place at the top footballing table.
