Not sure how good the "data-in" he's using is. I'd also be surprised if he's got any better insight than the people inside the club.

As someone who works in a highly techy field, I always get frustrated when people fixate on data when they're talking primarily about people, but almost completely discount the human aspects of it. They'd hate to be managed in that way personally, but seem to zoom into a Championship Manager mentality with footy.
