Wagner just doesn’t understand the importance of midfield

His teams will never control games against vaguely decent sides because he cannot find a way to control the midfield.

We will win games as we have a threat. But we will lose games against anyone clinical because we offer so many chances to the opposition.

The players are trying, they really are, but they are handicapped by the tactics.
