easy, capt bligh's BC&FO sandwich

homeade soup is brilliant that's where the word super came from after all. trouble is, when i make a big cauldron of soup and batch freeze it i forget it's existence until the big biennial freezer purge comes around and i then have to ding it in the bin along with the sprouts.
