nothing so far today, nada

i know it's not brill but if i skip breakfast (not even have a brew) i can easy scoot through to evening meal on water alone and then have a decent meal at dinner time. but, if i have breakfast, even a slice of toast, then the old metabolism kicks in and i'm hangry by lunchtime. that's weird hentut.
